feeling no pain, the swelling went down, feel good, met someone.

i am 26 years old, they diagnosed me with lupus three to four years ago, i have had the butterfly rash for three winters now and get rashes on my arms and legs in the summer. My fingers and toes swell to an adnormal size, i have joint pain all over every now and then. i ... [More] was treated for pneumonia and was in the hospital for three weeks. i have a swollen jaw and had a back tooth removed now my jaw is swollen and hurts. i have migraines and low blood sugar. i take 20 pills a day including all my vitamins. sometimes twice a day.
