Just a quick note to say hi again miss mess and great to hear from you. I hope you're feeling better. I'm taking half of mirtazapine at night and when premenstrual I take a full tablet. For me I'm determined to cope on this medication as I dislike going to doctors, getting scripts and the cost of medication is depressing in itself, and because I'm busy trying to cope with fulltime work. When fully medicated I don't necessarily feel any better. Antidepressants don't seem to work for me. The lows are intense for me this weekend. I'm easily upset by things that happen at work and in my personal life. Best wishes to you.
You're in my thoughts all the time, but especially today.
I'm hypersensitive which causes me to react very easily causing intense anxiety and depression and suicidal feelings. I've been diagnosed with depression but I haven't found anti depressant medication to be very effective. I think my problems may be related to things that happened with my parents when growing up causing my brain chemistry, coping ability and social skills to be affected.
