d from depression all my life. I just never knew it until my adulthood when I could put a name to the strange things I thought were just me and weird me. I suffer PTSD and Anxiety attacks always caused by stress and triggers. I started here at medhelp to lose weight and now I am finding myself understanding my own depression and how the mind works through others stories~weird how you look for one thing and find the one thing you have been looking for all your life that you needed but before you could not have handled until this day and this time~God is good~~he always gives you what you need when your ready.I lost my 21 yr old daughter in 2002 to a suicidal man. I have cronic pain from a roll over car accident in 2004 that left my left arm with nerve damage from a C6-7 break in my neck. Just your normal 48 yr old lady that has been used and abused and is now figuring out that I can let go of somethings in my past and cherish what I have been through as it makes me who I am~STRONG~ASSERTIVE~RESOURCEFUL~SPIRITUAL~GIVING OF SELF.
I am a believer in Miracles. Miracles happen each and every day and all we have to do is stop and look for them and cherish them. I believe we are here to help each other to a higher learning so we may all know and feel the universal love that brings us to true peace and true evolution of self. [Less]

Just a quick note to say hi! just finished divorce papers. It took me a month two weeks almost 8 hours research. Any how. how are you i just wanted to catch up.
