Mood: spartase
...
About Me: Male, 68, Albuquerque - NM, member since Jun 2009
Recently retired. Am trying to sort out/ "get my head around"/ understand/accept/own/ and begin to deal with a seemingly endless chain of medical events that (subjectively) appear to have arisen abruptly, out of nowhere two and a half years ago and seem to go on and on ... [More] requiring more and more time and energy.

None of these rather boring, commonplace medical problems are, in and of themselves, are life threatening but they are painful and psychologically overwhelming.

I'll get specific shortly but for now I just want to state that it's my hope that this website
will provide me with a framework for understanding myself and others in the context of shared medical difficulties. I hope to find understanding for myself and, hopefully, be able to offer something worthwhile to other folks along the way. [Less]
