Wow, I've been gone a long time. Was in the hospital for 15 days then haven't been on since. I took Neurontin this past hospital stay cause I had some neurological problems from Humira. It helped a lot. Right now, I don't move around much cause I'm really sick, so I find that stretching when I wake up for about 5 minutes and then just little stretches throughout the day really helps. At night i do some floor stretches for maybe 5 minutes. Just a few minutes really makes a difference for me.

I had 3 sisters and my poor dad! lol but i dont think he wanted it any other way, now hes got 4 grandsons and 4 granddaughters. children are a blessing, I had originally wanted 4 like you... but I think we are shooting for just one more now! have a great day!

I don't actually take anything for my joint pain because it is so random. When I take the Tylenol 4 for my stomach pain, the whole body relaxes and I don't feel any joint pain. I also do a lot of stretching and try to be gentle on my joints. I'm sorry I'm not more help!
