Hope things start to pick up for you. At present...I'm going one step forward, two steps back mentally which is better than the last few weeks of 1 step forward and 5 steps back lol.

Just a quick note to say hi! u r a nut...I laugh every time I here from you....Not feeling to much like crying today....I'm taking things seriously now....I started going to the gym....I'm pumped. LOL....we'll see how that goes in the morning...I may be crying again. Where did that muscle come from? um oooowwww!!!!!
