Just a quick note to say hi! Hi Tom. I have service connected hep C from Vietnam. The VA took care of me and I just completed treatment on May 5. I filed a claim with the VA for service connection of hep c . In basic we recieved the air stream injector guns for our shots. These transmit blood from person to person. i was a combat helicopter door gunner and had much blood contact from the battle field carryng and vacuating the wounded. If you recieved the shot guns they will service connectb you for hep and then pay for the shots. Good luck read the net and file your claim. It's your right to recieve medical care for the foolest acts the government has performed. If you need any assistance drop me a note.
There are people on this forum who consistently attack everyone. Don't know how they got to move into the hepatitis god position. Try not to take it to heart. Keep asking questions until you are comfortable with everything and learn to research and find scientific papers, professional journal articles, meeting reports, etc. I learned a whole, whole lot on the Janis & freinds site and the HCV Advocacy sites. Good luck.
