sorry that i haven't responded to your note right away. I incorporate a lot of fiber in my diet, FiberONe cereal for breakfast, liter of water with fiber powder. I eat 2 to 3 meals a day. I really try to watch my portion size, trying to remember that my stomach is the same size of my fist, so i shouldn't be putting more food than that, and also trying not to eat out of stress, if i eat out of stress i use microwave popcorn, 94% fat free, made of wheat, too,.....I found that in Target, it is their brand, sold really cheap. Lastly, I really, really try not to eat after 7pm. That is the worst for me because I tend to be a midnight snacker. I also try to incorporate some kind of exercise everday, even if it is only for a few minutes.
