About Me: Female, IA, member since Apr 2008
Late 40s, dealing with depression and small town monopoly that doesn't give much choice of doctors. Married, part time cleaner, love cats & my 3-5, depending on season, and they live outdoors with help of heated box/water dish for winter, & plenty of care, including spay ... [More] or neutering, lots of love and in turn they keep the mice away from my home. I like finding good homes for stray cats. I also enjoy visiting shut ins, & encouraging them through talk, playing a game or reading to them. I like making quilts, studying the Bible, making greeting cards for shut ins, and have hopes as I get less depressed to learn some piano, guitar, crochet and building things from simple furniture to maybe one day a deck on to the house. One step at a time is my motto. Also, a pile for everything, and everything to its pile. But hopefully as I get more well, the piles will be a thing of the past. [Less]
Interests: my cats, making quilts, walking, adult trike riding, learning new things, major depression, Encouraging others
