Just a quick note to say hi! On July 3, 2009 I had a cervical discetomy---replacement of 3 disc's, implant metal plate and screws to affect the fusion of the bones. I'm awaiting my doctor's reading of post operative x-rays so he can provide me with insight as to my current state., I was just on line today to understand CLONUS because I still have clonus after surgery. I'm not saying surgery wasn't the right thing for me-I believe it was, I'm frustrated with the whole spinal cord stuff. Linking the solution to the symptoms was difficult in my case. In hindsight I would not take cortisone injections---these mask the problem. It may buy you more time, for me 4 years but then it got worse I lost my cordination, and clonus. email me at :trapshooter.***@****
