i was search 4 any misdiagnosed hyperparathyrid as cfs & saw your post of 2009. have any new findings? i have suffered w/ cfs 17 years & just found out i have parathyroid tumor. dont go on calcium alone check hormone level

You're in my thoughts all the time, but especially today. How have you been? I haven't heard anything from you in a long time. I've been so busy that I feel like a dog chasing it's tail. Did you ever find someone to help you figure out what the heat episodes were about? i visited with my endo here...she thinks it's hypothalamus related. Just thought I'd throw that out to you. I thought maybe it might help if you were still looking for a direction to go in. Hope this finds you ok. I am but scheduled for Gamma Knife radiation on July 6. Not looking forward to that. Write me when you can!

Just a quick note to say hi! I wanted to tell you about a book that I just took out from the library before I go to bed this evening so, will have to make it really quick and write more later. I was reading some of it earlier and some of it sounded like you with the crazy heat episodes. My Endo had brought up damage or issues to the hypothalamus in addition to my pit tumor. If you can get your hands on a copy of this book to read it it might be well worth your time!! It's called: Adrenal Fatigue...The 21st Century Stress Syndrome. It is by: James L. Wilson. Published by Smart Publications in 2001 in the addition that I have here. GREAT info inside!! Let me know if you can get ahold of it!! Hugs!! xoxoxo Cheryl
