Just a quick note to say hi! When lying down, the muscles in the neck and upper traps are relaxed, hence reducing pressure on nerves. Schedule an appointment with a massage therapist and ask to have your neck and shoulders massaged. Focus on right side. Neck stretches and head rotations - clockwise and counter clockwise with reduce pressure on affected muscles. You have to dedicate a few minutes to the rotations for it to be affective.
