I have and am still going threw the same thing u r. My name is Erin and i am divorced by the (sperm doner) i call him. He wad very abusive to me mentally and physically. At first when we when to court he granted him with visitation rights. Yes it was very hard for me to let her go. But after 2 or 3 months he stopped coming to get her making excuses about why he can't pick her up. If the (sperm doner) to your kids start showing up call police. Dont hesitate u van put a restraining order against him. The more u do know just in case he takes u to court the worse u make him look to judge. Got anymore ?`s ask me, i studied law for Two yrs.
