Hi Jen,The person I go to is in Parlin,thats a good distance away.It is for me too,takes me about an hour to get there but I am on disability right now and couldnt afford to pay out 300$ for the first visit and 150$ for every refill.I googled it and from you its like 75 miles,if you are ok with that I will email you her name,I dont want to send it out for everyone to see Hope this helps you Nick
