[More]o be fit, I want so much to be healty, and I want to be the best I can be. I am to going live up to my potential. Now look at me...I'm just approaching -30lbs!
I ran my first race ever on December 5, a 5K with a time of 30:30. I am now training for the mini-marathon in Indy May 2010. It's crazy because I used to hate running, now I am running 3 miles a day, while increasing that distance every few weeks. I started out on the elliptical, to running a mile on the tredmill, to now running 3 miles a day whether indoor or out. I can say now that I do enjoy it as it is bettering my health and yielding results. I should be up to 4 miles a day in January.
