Hi, I was looking around CRP and LP(a) info and came across your post 'Raising HDL & cardio CRP testing' from 2008. I noticed that you aren't taking Fish Oil. 2 Fish Oils, 2X a day brings my HDL up from 40 to 60. When I get lazy and stop taking it it drops back down to 40. I use Trader Joe's Molecularly Distilled OMEG-3 Fatty Acids, 1100 mg Fish Oil 500MG Total EPA & DHA, 90 Soft Gels. It has a little blurp on the side that gives all the details on contaminant removal. The price is OK.
