About your post you need to have a laparoscopy done. I just had ne done yesterday for the same symptoms you had. They put me on depo provera in July which lasts 3 months and then 2 months later they gave me an antibiotic and I had my period for a whole month after not having one for 2 months. When they did this procedure the scar tissue attached itself to my uterus and that was causing me my pain. I go for my 2 week post op appointment on the 19th will fill you in on what the doctor has said. and just in case you were wondering I had my second c-section in 2004 and pain started shortly after.
