Has anyone suggested MRI of spinal cord? I also had unusual symptoms after premature birth of first daughter at which time I started dragging left leg. It improved but for years, whenever tired, people often asked why I was limping and I didn't realize that I was. At forty, noticed dragging left leg again and started tripping a lot, but thought it was age related. Fell and hit head leading to MRI and discovery of 25 cerebral cavernomas followed by MRI of spinal cord which revealed cord cavernoma occupying 3/4 of spinal cord at T9. Promptly referred to Neurosurgeon and had cord cavernoma resected via Bi-lateral Laminectomy. Lesson learned is always listen to body! Glad that you are listening to yours.
Hi there - please send me a message if you are still around. I'm 4 months postpartum with strange neuro symptoms. If you come back to this site - please get in touch with me, i'd really like to know how you are doing and whether you've gotten past, twitching, etc.
Many thanks,
Natalie
