I can't wait to be finished so I can go back to doing the things I love to do with my kids. I also love to swim when it's warm, love to read, watch movies and spend time in church. I've lost a lot of friends by my change in lifestyle and also my decision to become a Christian. Trust me, I'm no saint or goody-two shoes but I have to be completely focused on my recovery and the last thing I need are bad influences for me OR my children.
Last time I was on methadone for three years. I was dropped off from 240 mgs cold turkey while in the hospital. Talk about pain, hallucinations, seizures, fever, vomiting, thought my bones were ripping out of my body, you name it. I never let myself get that high of a dose again. I was clean for sixty days after coming out of the hospital but the lack of energy and depression almost literally killed me. I went back to the clinic and wanted to try to taper and I am mentally ready this time. I have only been there six months and I never got above 70 mgs. I've been on these forums for about two months and I can't tell you how much it has already helped me and the friends I have met that genuinely care. Please keep me in your prayers, you guys are already in mine. [Less]

Hello and thanks for info on Lisa I will keep her in prayers also as you too. I hope like you said she is ok and not relaspe. I will let you know if I hear from her. I remember her boy friend had a set back few weeks ago maybe that has something to do with it. She is a sweet person as are you I am so glad that I meet you.
