hi there, i have not had itching but have had a terrible rash for 8 mos. with a lot of these skin disorders, what i have found is you may have parasites in your body. i am 1 week into a cleansing and my rash is drying now. Did you ever find out blong1717 what the itching in the arm was. i know it was a long time ago you posted this. I could have written your letter exactly! Mine started a couple months ago and left and just came back 3 weeks ago but is worse. Ice is the only thing that helps to sleep. My dr said it is neurlogical and put me on Lyrica to see if it will help but said I need to go to a neurologist. I don't like taking Lyrica but it helps. How is yours now?

Hi: I realize you left this note many years ago. But I too had the same symptoms and would find relief only in staying out of the sun, covering my arms and putting ice cubes directly on my skin. Two years ago I found some holistic remedies that amazingly worked! Not a sales plug or anything, but they were miraculous in taking away this itching as well as my arthritis. I have had the same itching for years and recently found that peppermint oil helps immediately.
