Thanks Mary. I am going to order that book as soon as I can. One thing I have noticed is sthat whenever I use my estrogen spray I get a bad headache just a few minutes later. Maybe coincidence. I don't know if it can work that fast. Anyway, I had a patch put on in the hospital. I don't know what kind it was but the adhesive was a pain to remove so I'm hoping the spray will work. Thanks again for your time and Happy Happy New Year 2009! Good ridance to 2008 it was a bear. Dana

Thank you for everything! I appreciate all the info you have given via others and your respose to mine. I am not knowledgeable on the computer but I think I have figured out enough to find myway around now. I mentioned the estrogen spray my dr rx'd. Its new called Evamist it is a transdermal spray each spray has 1.53mg of estradiol. you use it on the inside of your forearm 1-3 sprays. It dries quickly.I just started using it. My dr rx'd it after my hyster 4wks ago but I was nervous about it. Thought you might want to know about it. Also, I think you are amazingly giving for taking the time to reanswer so many questions, Dana

Happy Holidays! I have my appointment believe it or not on Christmas Eve with the endocrinologist in St. Louis. It's suppose to snow/sleet/snow tomorrow. I hate driving in St. Louis traffic, but put ice/snow on top of that. It's down right dangerous. I haven't been on in awhile.
