Just a quick note to say hi! You may be well to go gluten free instead of just wheat free, there's gluten free oats, but I find just organic oats are ok for me. Corn is the worst for me, and so hard to find corn-free. I find when I'm not waking up well, if I put iodine on my wrists and let it absorb at the rate my body wants it, that really helps me. Any supplements you take that help?
