I too had burning nerve pain. Ended up on MRI having an artery looped around my 9th cranial nerve. At surgery they found the nerve rubbed raw! The nerve pain gave me awful migraines from the chronicity of the pain. 1 year since surgery, still have some nerve pain tho not as "deep" but still have almost daily migraines. I have tried EVERY prophylactic drug for the migraines. Beginning verapamil today. How are you doing? Oh, and special glasses tinted to help with the blue light rays. Makes it so I can function inside (I get a bifocal lens on them so I can see).

Hi! Glad you are getting the glasses, then no one will know who we are when we have to road rage...LOL Please let me know if they help...I go back to Mayo next week for further EEG's to see if we can get better control of the seizures. Stay well, Tracy
