Good to hear from you....I understand the value of MH as a journal:)...sometimes the only place you can vent in privacy.

Start writing it down. Tho' online friends do fade away...there are still many here who know and care. Even the ones who appear to have left..may still be hooked up..just not posting much. Like you didn't for ages....but when you need to...it is a resource..use it.
It is when we are down that it is especially helpful to talk it out with sympathetic friends. My virtual connections mean everything to me. As you know. Some of us write out our frustrations in journals...or post a question or comment that gets responses and support. It is up to you. Personally I think connecting here will help you get thru the 'dark' thoughts.
