I don't know exactly what to say... I have suffered from bi-polar, ADHD, anxiety/panic attacks and agorophobia for about 14 years, which 5 years are on disabiltly. I am divorced. I have 2 wonderful children, a son: Ethan and a daughter: Sheyanne. I love to be outdoors.
[More] I love to camp, fish, hike (mostly cave hiking) and swim.
Good to hear from you....I understand the value of MH as a journal:)...sometimes the only place you can vent in privacy.

Start writing it down. Tho' online friends do fade away...there are still many here who know and care. Even the ones who appear to have left..may still be hooked up..just not posting much. Like you didn't for ages....but when you need to...it is a resource..use it.
