[More]ould use suggestions to help shoulders and arms so I could sleep on schedule. Hate being crabby so stay inside in on cold winter days. Circumstances force me to keep moving ....., laundry in basement, a really "wired" dog who forces me to play fetch with him and long stairway to climb second floor, a big back yard to share with this wild critter and still drive my car until I'm 91 the renewal states.. God is good in helping me to overcome general deterioration pain of back, hip, knee, eyes and ears.......and as stated above, the addition of my shoulders and arms now for a year or so. Had hip replaced when I was 77. Not really exciting, but I plan ahead and enjoy one day at a time. Oh yes, I take celebrex, toprol, and GNC's Vitamin Program for us old Gals. Pedal as fast as I can.....
