Sunflower Please tell me what you found out about your condition. I'm in the exact same situation you were. I've been tested for everything all negative. Its been going on for 3 mons. Help me please Mave

HI THERE. I AM 19YRS OLD. I GOT MY IMPLANON TAKEN OUT LAST OCTOBER. I ONLY HAD IT IN FOR 7 MONTH. I WAS HAVING EXTREME BLEEDING, MOODS SWINGS AND BACK PAIN. AFTER THE REMOVEL OF MY IMPLANON IN MARCH 2010 I FOUND A BALD PATCH ON THE TOP OF MY HEAD, SO I AUTOMATICALLY WENT TO THE DOCTOR. THEY RAN THYROID TEST-NEGATIVE. RINGWORM-NEGATIVE. SO THEY CALLED IT STRESS AND BLAMED IT ON ALOEPICA. BUT THAT DIDN'T SEEM LIKE WHAT WAS WRONG WITH ME. ITS BEEN 5 MONTHS SINCE I HAVE BEEN TO THE DOCTOR AND I'M STILL LOSSING HAIR. I FOUND OUT 2 DAYS AGO THAT THE IMPLANON CAN CAUSE HAIR LOSS IF NOT INSERTED RIGHT AND I DO BELEIVE THIS IS WHAT HAS BEEN CAUSING MY HAIR TO FALL OUT. I AM PLANNING TO SEE THE DOCTOR ABOUT THIS AND I WOULD LOVE TO REACT. WE NEED TO FIGURE OUT WHAT CAN BE DONE!

Sunflower, Did you ever find a cure for your problem. My daughter is experiencing the same symptoms. It only effects her on the left side. I would really appreciate an answer. My daughter is only 18 and I don't want her to have to keep going through this. I appreiciate any advice you can give me.

Sunflower, I was wondering if you ever found a cure for your burning and stinging vulva area. I am in the same boat as you. I don't think I have vulvodynia because it doesn't hurt to touch it just stings. What was it for you?
