About Me: Male, 34, Oslo, Norway, member since Dec 2009
Diagnosed with PACs and cardiac neurosis. I'm trying to help people on this community by explaining that your mind can make your heart do almost anything and it feels really scary, which again increases the symptoms and causing more worries.
I can help you with the following:
- Explaining the link between stress (even if you're not aware of it) and cardiac symptoms
- Explaining EKG / echo terminology and test results (I don't interpret EKGs, that's the doctor's job)
- Explaining arrhythmias and cardiac behaviour (SVT, VT, PACs, PVCs, sinus tachycardia, bradycardia, RBBB/LBBB, blocks, etc)
- Stress / anxiety management/relief
- Explaining hyper/hypotension
I'm active on the heart rhythm/heart disease communities daily. If you want, you can also send me a PM and I will answer as soon as I can.
