Hello there. I read your post about going into 72 hours of w/d. You're doing so very well. Another day or two you will turn the corner and slowly begin to feel better. It's amazing because you'll wake up and feel sooooooo crappy and then as the day wears on you'll feel better. It's such a slow process and it can be discouraging but if you're at 72 hours you at the top of the hill and you've done well climbing it. Stay the course. Keep up the good work. I'll be here to cheer you on!
