Trust me it is hard. Almost slipped my self today. Wanted so bad to ask someone for a pill or 8 to get me through the next few days. However, they were out and I did feel better by not getting any. *****, day 7, and I almost threw it all away. Guess we all have those demons, and you are not a failure, but someone that is just not ready. Don't stop keeping in touch, I want to keep you reminded that there is always a shoulder if you need one.
dont you be sorry, you look at yourself in that mirror right now, and say you are a winner. I want you to tell yourself this out loud. We all slip, but you can do this. please do it for yourself and get your life back. Please!
Just wanted to check up on you today! How is everything going! It is day 5, and other than being a bit moody, I am feeling good. Trust me, the first 3-4 suck, but tomorrow is day 6. I am so excited. I pray you are feeling the same in your life.
