Mid age (46). Exercise regularly. Moderate stress level at work. Good social balance in life. Camp, hike, bike, etc. Concerned with recent arrythmia. Possibly stress related.
Books that have helped me:
When the Body Says No, Gabor Mate. Understanding the impact of hidden stress.
A New Earth, Eckhart Tolle. Helping to reduce stress and gain perspective on life.
The Tibetan Art of Serenity, Christopher Hansard. Reducing stress.
Intergral Life Practice, Wilber, Patten, Leonard, Morelli. Balancing life activities.
Meditation great help. Check out "Sacred Sounds Radio" (free on the net) yoga for the mind.
I am good too thanks. Still have my good and bad days but we all do I guess. So you think this "nerve" has a lot to do with PVCs in people with a health heart? I have read about it but really don't understand it.
It really is a mind game, since I have learned to accept mine, it doesn't control me. When they really act up, well it's hard to ignore but the 20 a day or so, I can handle just fine. ***** But I can :)
LOL I hope you have a wonderful weekend! And swimming sounds great, here it is hot, wish I had a lake to jump into :)
