Decent day at work.

Played guitar for over 3 hours. That used to make the gut feel crunched and cause palps. Keeping the stomach emptier pays divide...
Felt a little un nerved after work. I believe it was the Berry/ensure/protein powder shake. Very acidic.
Went for a workout to get the stomach juices flowing and flus...
I am good too thanks. Still have my good and bad days but we all do I guess. So you think this "nerve" has a lot to do with PVCs in people with a health heart? I have read about it but really don't understand it.
