Hi, my symptoms went away. And now when I look back it really was just an anxiety or my body being out of whack by not sleeping enough ( hormonal inbalances) , stress, and etc... I wasn't taking any medications except for small dose of xanax for a week or two to get me to sleep better , once I did that I started breathing exercises ( long deep breathing - 10 min twice a day) that helped with more oxygen supplying the brain, also long walks outside, eating clean organic foods and meditating. And believe it or not that's what it took to get my body back into equilibrium. I cannot stress enough SLEEP, regular sleep once that is fixed everything should fix itself . But again I don't know what is exactly going on with you and what medications you take and your age also.
