About Me: Female, 29, United Kingdom, member since Dec 2009
Im 23 years old and i havent left my house in over a month, i can barely leave my bedroom due to feeling extremely ill. I am constantly weak and its due to my heart that i feel this way. It has not felt normal the way it used to feel in over a month and it can slow down
[More] so much or it can go to 160 beats per minute. I suffer from anxiety and i used to get the panic attacks and then my heart would return to normal and i would feel fine. But it never feels normal now. when i stand up i feel soooo ill my heart feels like its skipping beats and it makes my full body jerk... it feels like its just about to stop. I used to be such an outgoing person and i have absolutely loads of friends who i havent even seen in over a month. I spent the summer in Ibiza and i travel lots of places for nights out to see all of my friends from different cities but i have had to turn down so many nights out and so many opportunites this last month and i just cant imagine feeling normal or doing the things i used to do again. Even going down to the kitchen to get a drink is such an effort for me.
