I'm feeling a little better today... Well other than my wife finding my posts on here this morning. She Knew something was up and I denied it all. As I said before, this wasn't the first time. (quitting). Last time I dropped everyhing on her and she's stood beside me over the last 6 "sober" months. I can't believe I lied to her again. What a way to start the new year. So did you have jumpy legs at night?? I started getting them 2 nights ago. Had it on last detox and it was hell.
Hi. I'm Johnny d and I am on day 12 of w/ds from OC. From reading your posts you have been clean for around 5 months??? I guess if I didn't relapse four months ago I would have been clean about the same time. BUT a month later, I fell off the wagon. Last time it wasn't so bad. This time is tough. I don't really have cravings but I sure feel sooooooooo weak. My family needs me and I walk around like a zombie all day. Vitiman C, caffeine. Nothing can get me any energy. Anything that helped you???
