Hi Sierra, I've been where you are and I know how you feel and it's horrible. Don't underestimate the severity of both opiate withdrawal and withdrawal from the anti-depressant properties of tramadol. You may need counseling or medical help. Many here have found that some doctors aren't very well educated on the negative effects of tramadol so be persistant and find someone who will listen. If you can help your family to understand they may also be a source of support. I wish you all the best, and know that you are not alone.
