Thank you!! was a bit bold though today eating a few fries from my partners plate... Ah well, I'll get over it. Was busy putting uo shelves in my sons room all day, so that ought to count as exercise?
what seems to help me is having cinnamon over my morning cereal and taking cayenne pepper capsules. really helps speed up the metabolism...) give it a try!
Thanks, though it is going a lot slower than I had hoped but its only because I have been slack. I chose 163lbs because I am in a Biggest Loser comp right now and 163lbs in this time will give me a 20% loss which in turn I hope will make me win.. 145lbs is my ultimate goal but thats too much too fast. I dont have much time left so I really need to kick my own butt here.
