had a baby in august and still am 30lbs heavier than i was prebaby. i made a new years resolution to lose weight. i want to drop at least the 30 i put on and hopefully go all the way to 140. i wason 0lbs 145 when i was 19 and looked pretty good, but 2 kids and a poor
[More] lifestyle later i have put on 55 lbs . i have never really kept a diet more than a few days before so im trying to eat whatever i want...just less of it. i have been eating a lot of soup. i get the big can of chicken noodle and its 200cal for the whole can, thus i has eaten something i like, a lot of it, and still have only taken in 200 cal. i think im gonna start working out today. the problem with that is i live with my bf and his sis and 4 kids. i dont like an audience and its hard to find alone time here
Thank you!! was a bit bold though today eating a few fries from my partners plate... Ah well, I'll get over it. Was busy putting uo shelves in my sons room all day, so that ought to count as exercise?
what seems to help me is having cinnamon over my morning cereal and taking cayenne pepper capsules. really helps speed up the metabolism...) give it a try!
Thanks, though it is going a lot slower than I had hoped but its only because I have been slack. I chose 163lbs because I am in a Biggest Loser comp right now and 163lbs in this time will give me a 20% loss which in turn I hope will make me win.. 145lbs is my ultimate goal but thats too much too fast. I dont have much time left so I really need to kick my own butt here.
