Did you get any reply? I had a football size hemangioma interior in RT lobe of liver. Sore ribs, nausea, vomitting and dehydration were my symptoms. At ER had MRI, then CT and then Nuclear study. Surgery in July at the Liver transplant center in OKC by Dr. Jabbour. (He had done over 300 liver transplants formerly in Calif). Did a surgery where did not need transfusion. My tumor was solid with intertwined blood vessels on the end. He opened liver and peeled out the tumor. Just lost 1/3 of liver and it will grow back. Tumors may also recur. Surgery took 6 hours. I was very dehydrated from so much vomiting that they had to put IV in neck. Scar 8" down center below breasts, and 6" to right. Great relief and full recovery.
