everyone else in my family has had no trouble at all. Thats why it was nice to find this site. I dont feel so alone. I am not very educated on having trouble with conceiving so this is helpful. I dont know what my next step is from here. Anyway, good luck to you. I will look into a book I have and see what other reasons you may have irregular periods. I know bad nutrition, overweight, underweight, all can do that.

Just so you know, your profile says you are male. Anyway, yes, I had irregular periods forever. Not just missing them but I went on BC when I was 15 y/o because I was having a period for 6 weeks!! So, I was on birth control until about 9 months ago. I am 29. We were ready to start a family so I went off BC. I didnt have a period at all for 6 months. The MD put me on Provera to "jumpstart" my periods again. That worked for Nov. then Dec. I started on my own. Still no baby though. It is very frustrating. You said you had cysts on your ovaries? PCOS polycystic ovarian syndrome makes it very hard to conceive. I dont know if you have that or not. My sister did and had trouble having her second child. Besides her, whom I rarely speak to,
