Thank you for sharing your story. I know that I have difficulty swallowing and have a hard time breathing after ingesting onion and garlic. Have you ever tested your lung capacity during an attack with a peak flow meter that people use for asthma? My daughter was diagnosed with asthma a couple of weeks ago and I purchased one, maybe I'll see if it sends me into an actual asthma attack. I also have an itchy throat after watermelon..maybe I had better test the rest of the items in each family. Also..my main question is this...being a chef, have you discovered any tasty recipes that you can make that doesn't include these ingredients. Any sauces in particular. Thank you!
