Hey would love to hear from you. I am guessing you must have found a diagnosis or you would have been back on the forum? I am based in the uk and have identical symptoms and desperate for a solution which no doctor can provide....
Really hope to hear from you
I have had exactly the same symptoms as you for now over six years - mine started after a sexual encounter. Although all tests proved negative, I have been treated for every known STD, fungal or parasitic infection, but without success. Sometimes I am symptom free, but most times have varying degrees of pain/itching/claminess in groin area (sometimes really bad) - aggravated by prolonged sitting/activity and hot weather. Suspect nerve damage could be a cause. Good luck, I know how debilitating this condition is.
