I open the Azodyl caplets because I just could not give them to my cat as a whole pill. No way, not going to happen.
So I mix one Azodyl caplet into Viralys gel (L lysine) and put it into a syringe so that I can put it on the back of his tongue. This way is so much easier. I'll try to make a video of the process. I have had fantanstic result with this. He does't like it, but he gets it and it has helped him so much, he is so so much better. And I don't have to fight with him. I just love this fun cat, he's 14 and it would break my heart to... you know. I tasted the azodyl on my tongue first to make sure that it wasn't really bitter like so many/most drugs are. I would recommend trying it this way.
