I was just thinking of you last night, trying to remember if/when you had another appt. with the vet. Then I was telling myself - be sure to send a note today; don't forget! And here you are. I'm glad you have an appt. but it sounds like the bumps will have resolved on their own. Good to know in case there's a next time. As for itchy problems, not sure what you can use. It can't be toxic in case he licks it off. I would think a tiny dab of Benedryl cream might help but it doesn't last long. Any idea if the itchiness is from dry skin? If so, then a tiny dab of olive oil or what have you would help with that. If it's just the nature of the bump to be itchy. he'll have to wait till it disappears. Stay dry. irene
Talk about bad timing! Why did the snow have to hit on that very morning? I'm glad the ferret is still feeling well and acts normally. Most likely they're just annoying little warty things and nothing dangerous. I'd love to hear what the vet actually calls them (besides harmless LOL). It's always good to learn new things. Stay warm, stay safe. irene
Hope you got good news from the vet about the ferret's bumps. Just thinking of you and the little one.
