I read your post and I want you to know that you can do it! I know what it feels like to feel guilty and have to stare your family/children in the face...don't be guilty be STRONG! KNOW that THEY are the reason as much as YOUR OWN HEALTH is the reason for stopping! I know I dont know you at all, but what you wrote hit me hard and I want you to know you can do it!!
