Drink lots of water rest when you need to
Just a quick note to say hi! I just read your post from the end of March, it does get better each week, though it is not easy as others have said it is doable. I think that being here is a very good idea as you will receive support from others who have "been there"
I hated drinking so much water but I too really think the water is really important - God knows the dehydration is so horrible and so vast......you just have to try to keep ahead of it no matter what you do (inside and out so dont forget some moisturizer on your skin too that helps fight off the rash - I had to learn it the hard way!)
