Got married in 2007 and thought it would be easy to get pregnant. I really started trying in Sept. of 2008 when I started RE treatment. After many cycles of fermara and several failed IUI's my doctor basically told me to give up since I have a high FSH (Feb. 2010). I
[More] decided to join medhelp and change my way of thinking and make new friends who really understand what I am going though. I have renewed faith and it is because of the wonderful women who support each other!
Since joining medhelp I have had two more failed IUI's. In July 2010 I found my thyroid was not working correctly, so now I am taking thyroid medicine. In August 2010 I have added acupuncture weekly.
November 2010 I changed RE office. After a few more failed IUI's, I decide to try IVF. I was suprised and excited that I made it to transfer. I transfered one perfect embroyo on August 15. 2011, but sadly beta was negative.
April of 2012, I started learning about immune treatment(Alan E Beer Center) and began gathering information requested for an appointment in the summer. I also decided in May to learn Creighton Model to achieve pregnancy and began class. Consultation with Beer Center in August that said I needed to go do LIT in Mexico, so ordered a passport and made plans to go in Nov. I decided to follow their treatment, and got a bfp prior to LIT. Repeated LIT 3 weeks later, and pregnancy was going well until almost 28 weeks. Water broke and Hunter was born two days later, just 2 pounds 14 oz. After 111 days and a surgery my son is home. We love him so much!
