Hi doctor....need advice on what to do about a cyst i developed 3 years ago and had drained and packed and suddenly hurt again a few days before my period....once i got my period the pain went away...should i have surgery or to remove it now or wait to see if it comes back

dr. tiwari my upper abd always feel like something shape like liver (anterior part) which is pain full while my all imaging/blood test even fibroscan also normal but h pylori +ve do i have fibrosis now problem is increasing and loss of appetite also decresing however now i dont have burning sensation even feel their is no acid production and dryness in mouth. my weight is normal

PAIN AFTER LIS SURGERY from my chronic anal fissure. I had the surgery 1 week ago and my BM are okay and regular and not too painful BUT 15-30mins after the BM starts that intense burning constant pain which can go on for 4-8hrs or sometimes longer. I do have moments when it's slightly eased up but I'm sure that's because of me taking the Percocet. Had another BM last night and pain was there basically the whole night. At home today with still that dull ache where the Chronic fissure is positioned on my inner left side. I'm not too painfull on the right side where the cut was made. Should i still be having this intense pain for hours after a BM, 1 week after surgery.
