Just a quick note to say hi! thanks you for your insightful comments on a fib , a condition which i also have since 2006. i am presently taking sotalol (80 mg 2x daily) but still have episodes monthly as i did in 2006... my doc continues to keep me on it even though i tell him that i feel weak from it. we are talking about felcinade at this time or an ablation but , honestly, since i have no blockages or other heart damage, i feel like stopping the daily meds and trying to take them only when i have the a fib. your thoughts about serenity and hopefulness spoke to me. i do yoga daily and that is probably the best medicine. i am also 69 (on thursday) and female. thanks again - peace to you, elaine
