How are you doing? Hope you had a good labor day weekend. Haven't heard from you lately and hope you are progressing well.
I haven't forgotten about you and pray you are happy and healthier.
Can't seem to reply on the forum. Don't know why. Anyway, two things helped my fear of public speaking - doing it a lot (exposure) and realizing that the physical sensations I had before public speaking of sympathetic nervous system activation were the same as the physical feelings when doing exciting things that I enjoyed (like windsurfing), and, in fact, I needed that energy to give a good presentation, it was just a matter of using the energy.
Hi hon, you aren't alone -just remember that. I'm almost 3 times your age and I still have problems but I just try to muddle through them. Try not to worry - its not good for you. I once read of a woman that thought she had a lump in her breast and pressed and prodded the area so much she gave herself a hematoma (bruise) in the area -where she didn't have a lump at all!
My husband got a rash as a reaction to antibiotics, too. He is my health hero as he's had a really serious heart attack, a broken back and a 30 year case of ulcerative colitis and he rarely worries and never complains. He says he tries hard not to focus on his health and when he does he always thinks in a positive way. He is very very brilliant (high IQ) so he knows what he's doing. Good luck
