HCV discovered in 1992 upon routine USN transfer physical. Retired 1994. Admitted for esophageal varices hemorrhage 2005, Dx'd cirrhosis at that time.
[More] 2006 treated 48 weeks with SOC, null responder.
2011 treated 48 weeks with Peg/Riba/Victrelis, late responder. Still clear at EOT but relapsed at 12 weeks.
Meld currently 10. Began treatment with Sovaldi/Olysio + Ribavirin on 5/20/14. Treatment plan is for 24 weeks to end November 2014. GT1a, we did not test for Q80K or Il28B.
