Hi vziebell, thanks for the note!... i've been recently bringing some fruits to work but that doesn't stop me from craving somethign else... an I do enjoy a cup of tea every once and a while :D... Thank you for your tips!! P.S. congrats on your amazing results!!
Thanks for the note! It was my first one. I have the same problem with morning, but I found it was the best way to be sure I get some exercise in during the busy week. Never had to really schedule that time in before. I am very lucky in that my boyfriend has to wake up early to go to work, so I just get up with him now. I can definitely tell a difference just within a week of waking up early with a little extra exercise I have so much more energy!!
The past couple times i've tried to start working out agian I've either injured myself the first day back or the day after I work out I get sick!!... this Monday when I was getting ready for Volleyball I injured my foot!! Its like i'm not supposed to loose more weight and get healthy!! lol .. but i'm not giving up.. i'm going to wait for my foot to get better continue eating healthy with light workouts.. just so hard to find the push in this cold weather I find :P.. thank you for writtin on my wall :) Good luck with your journy as well!
