Thanks for the note! It was my first one. I have the same problem with morning, but I found it was the best way to be sure I get some exercise in during the busy week. Never had to really schedule that time in before. I am very lucky in that my boyfriend has to wake up early to go to work, so I just get up with him now. I can definitely tell a difference just within a week of waking up early with a little extra exercise I have so much more energy!!
