I tried the five hundred cal a day diet with terrible results and fatigue - try the hcg diet, it is cheap, good food etc.
breakfast, coffee, tea water etc
lunch meat, veggy, fruit and grissini
dinner same thing. I didnt think it would work but it does, nine pounds in three days for me - and I am mostly vegetarian - your supposed to eat two differnt meats a day, I dont and I am still losing fast - email me if you need more info, I have nothing to sell and am NOT affiliated with any research, sales, or doctors office - just a person losing weight
